Learn How to Lead Transformational Change at 2023 Leadership Summit

The Leadership Center for Excellence’s annual Leadership Summit on May 18, 2023, will feature speakers specializing in leading transformational change. As business continues to evolve, so too must leaders.

Speakers include:

  • Kate Ebner, The Nebo Company
  • Neil Richardson, Emergent Action
  • Martin W. Rodgers,  Accenture

This half-day leadership development event at Marymount University’s Ballston Campus will run from 1:00 – 5:30 p.m. It is for both established and emerging leaders in the greater Northern Virginia/D.C. area, and it also serves as the culmination of the Leadership Center for Excellence’s Class of 2023 programs including Leadership Arlington, Leadership Alexandria, and Ignite Young Professionals. This year’s class speakers are:

  • Henry Spencer, Arlington County Fire Department, Ignite Young Professionals Class of 2023
  • Kimiko Lighty, Restorative Arlington, Leadership Arlington Class of 2023
  • Pamela Gilchrist, Innovation Campus, Leadership Alexandria Class of 2023

“Bringing together leaders to connect, reflect, and learn at our annual Leadership Summit is one of the highlights of our year,” said Lisa Fikes, President and CEO of the Leadership Center for Excellence. “This year’s speakers are ready to help us all look at how we can transform ourselves, our organizations, and our communities.”
