Announcing 2025 Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 Honorees

Arlington, VA – The Leadership Center of Arlington and Leadership Fairfax are pleased to announce the 2025 Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 honorees. These outstanding individuals under the age of 40 were selected for their remarkable leadership and contributions, both professionally and in their communities.
The 2025 Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 honorees will be celebrated during a virtual event on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., and at an in-person reception from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at Fogo De Chao – Tysons (tickets are $35).
“This event is a yearly reminder of the amazing leaders in our midst. These 40 honorees are dedicated to their fields and stand out in their care for community. We are excited to celebrate their achievements and impact,” said Lisa Fikes, President and CEO of the Leadership Center of Arlington.
