2024 Northern VA 40 Under 40

Join us to celebrate leaders that demonstrate exceptional and impactful leadership in their professional and personal spheres in the Northern Virginia region.

The Leadership Center of Arlington and Leadership Fairfax are proud to partner on the Northern Virginia 40 Under 40.

On April 8, we will host two events to celebrate the selected honorees, first during a virtual event from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., and then during an in-person reception at 4:30 p.m.
