Cancellation Policy

Leadership Center for Excellence reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather or any situation which would make the event non-viable. If Leadership Center for Excellence cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a full refund (less credit card processing fees) is five (5) full business days before the event.

Registrations are transferable on a case by case basis with written permission to Leadership Center for Excellence and must be used in the same Fiscal Year which the ticket was originally purchased. Please submit your request in writing to Leadership Center for Excellence.
