DIANA WALLER

BOARD OF DIRECTOR

Diana Waller is the Founder & CEO of Chasing Dragons, the competitive advantage for employers asking critical talent, and their family, to relocate to the Washington D.C. metro region.

Following her early professional roles with the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Heidrick & Struggles, Diana’s reverence for killer customer service and creating client joy led her to found Chasing Dragons in 2006 providing white-glove concierge services for accomplished executives.

Since 2016, Chasing Dragons’ extraordinary team has laser focused on talent acquisition services by providing immersive introductions to neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and resources to top candidates and valued employees who are considering a job relocation. Precision through post-relocation support allows employees to embrace and deeply onboard into their new community, and settle in with higher retention success. The “Dragons” are the relocating-to-a-new-city whisperers.

During their Headquarters moves, both Nestlé and Gerber chose Chasing Dragons to provide a customized experience for their employees choosing to relocate to Virginia. Leading companies focused on their employees and culture including Custom Ink, BAE, Arlington Community Federal Credit Union, and KeyBank engage Chasing Dragons’ support.

Diana grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College. She currently serves on the Board of Regents for the Leadership Center for Excellence, the Board of Trustees for the Historical Society of Washington, and was a member of the pilot cohort for the DMV Diversity & Inclusion Institute. She is a past Board member for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria, and the Volleyball and Tennis Boosters at TC Williams High School. Diana also works to inspire her teenage daughters to pick up after themselves; some goals remain elusive.
